MrBluePool is a growing family-owned pool service company serving the Oakland to San Jose area. We're adding Pool Service Technicians to our team and are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated who takes pride in quality work and great customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete an assigned daily pool service route efficiently
- Make sure all scheduled pools are serviced thoroughly and on time
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Clean filters, skimmer baskets, and pump baskets
- Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues
- Report equipment problems and recommend necessary repairs or follow-up service to the Business Operator
- Maintain accurate service records
- Communicate professionally with customers and management
Qualifications:
- Pool maintenance or field service experience required
- Valid California driver's license and good driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and manage daily operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
- Basic knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on tasks
