I have a very lightly used Backbone One controller for iPhones with a lightning plug NOT USB-C. This controller is great as it does not need batteries and is plug and play for iPhones with a lightning connection. I used this with my older iPhone 12 Pro and it works great. It's the backbone in the link below if you need specs. If you use a thicker case for your phone you'll typically need to take it off, fyi. I only have what's shown in the pic, it worked fine for my iphone 12 Pro, I don't use a case for my phone so it worked/fit good.
