House of Balance, a Korean body wellness brand, is looking for expressive, engaging on-camera talent for short-form content created for a U.S. audience. Most videos will feature deodorant and underarm care products.
- Take the lead role in short-form videos using English scripts and creative direction.
- Bring each concept to life through relatable storytelling, memes, and energetic, personality-driven “yapping-style” content.
- Deliver natural, witty, and expressive performances that feel like chatting with a friend rather than reading from a script.
- Engage viewers through dynamic facial expressions, playful reactions, humor, and conversational storytelling.
- Comfortably demonstrate and use products on camera while maintaining an engaging on-screen presence.
- Attend in-person batch filming sessions in Seoul. (Filming schedule to be confirmed)
- Join at least two flexible Zoom check-ins for script review and filming preparation.
2. Qualifications
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Currently based in South Korea and available for in-person filming sessions in Seoul.
- Confident and comfortable with talking-to-camera or “yapping-style” content, with the ability to speak naturally, energetically, and expressively.
- Strong on-camera presence, with engaging facial expressions, lively reactions, and a conversational delivery style.
- Ability to bring scripted concepts to life naturally, making them feel spontaneous, relatable, and entertaining.
- Comfortable filming scenes in which the underarms are clearly visible, including applying deodorant directly on camera.
- Familiar with current short-form content formats, trends, and pacing on platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
3. Preferred Qualifications
- Native English speaker, or someone with extensive experience living or studying in an English-speaking country.
- Previous experience creating scripted, self-filmed, or talking-to-camera content.
- Especially confident in creating chatty, humorous, and personality-driven “yapping-style” videos.
- Naturally expressive, quick-witted, and comfortable delivering exaggerated or comedic reactions on camera.
- Active on social media and familiar with current U.S. short-form trends, memes, and humor.
- Interested in body care, deodorant, or underarm care.
