I am looking for a responsible, hard-working person to help with general yard work and light property maintenance at a large residential property in the Urbana / Frederick area.
The property includes a single-family home, a separate office building, and two storage buildings. The work is general labor and does not require any special skills or professional experience.
Typical work may include:
Lawn and yard cleanup
Trimming, raking, sweeping, and general outdoor work
Moving and organizing items
Light garage, warehouse, and storage-building cleanup
Carrying boxes or supplies
General help around the property as needed
This position would be ideal for a high school or college student looking for part-time work. I am mainly looking for someone who is dependable, honest, physically able to do basic labor, and willing to work.
Location: Urbana / Frederick
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and reliability
Schedule: Part-time / flexible. Afternoons, evenings, and weekends are all possible. No mornings.
