Nava Labs is partnering with the state of Maryland to understand how to make submitting documents for benefits easier. We’ve piloted a new tool for the benefits application and want your feedback.
We're conducting 1 hour video interviews about your experience. You'll be paid $75 for your time through a digital gift card.
Who we're looking for:
* 18 - 64 years old
* Located in the state of Maryland
* Comfortable with a 1 hour video interview
What you'll do:
* Share your experiences (if any) with applying for benefits
* Go through a simulated online application and give your feedback on the document upload process
* Sessions are happening in the next week of October 26.
