Hello, everyone! My name is Destany, and I’m a mother of four beautiful children living in Frederick, Maryland.
This year has been incredibly difficult for our family. I’m unable to work because I’m caring for my husband, who struggles with epilepsy. We’ve experienced some terrifying moments and have come close to losing him. I’m so thankful he’s still here with us, but the medical challenges and financial strain have made everyday life difficult.
My four children are my entire world. Nova is autistic, non verbal. loves bugs, Hot Wheels, monster trucks, and sensory toys. Nevaeh loves axolotls, Pikachu, and sensory play. Willow loves Bluey, baby dolls, and doctor sets. My youngest, Waylon, is just one year old and could use clothes and baby essentials.
I’m hoping to find some kind people who might be willing to help make Christmas special for my babies this year. We could also use everyday necessities, including clothing, hygiene products, towels, washcloths, pots and pans, and a vacuum cleaner.
I’m not expecting anyone to provide everything. Even a little kindness would mean so much to our family. I want my children to experience the excitement of Christmas morning, have something special to open, and feel the happiness every child deserves.
