Looking for a job where you can work hard, learn a trade and grow with a local company?
R&B Services is looking for dependable, motivated Construction Laborers to join our team. Experience is a plus, but it’s not required. We’re looking for the right state of mind - someone who shows up, works hard, takes direction and wants to learn.
We’re willing to train the right person, with opportunities to learn equipment operation and advance your skills as you gain experience.
What We Do:
• Commercial & residential sitework
• Underground utilities - sewer, septic, electrical & propane
• Road building & drainage
• Driveways & house lots
• Excavation, grading & general site development
• Winter snow removal work
👷 What We’re Looking For:
• Dependable and ready to work
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
• Able to perform physical construction work
• Construction experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic matters more
