As a Fractional HR Consultant, I partner with small and growing businesses to provide strategic and hands-on Human Resources support without the cost of a full-time HR leader. I work alongside business owners and leadership teams to develop compliant HR practices, strengthen employee relations, improve performance management, implement policies and procedures, support recruiting and onboarding, administer benefits and payroll, and ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws. My goal is to provide practical, people-focused solutions that help organizations build strong workplace cultures, reduce risk, and support sustainable business growth. `$35/hr. initial set up, $55/hr, continuous support.
