What We Are Looking For:
This is not a general labor, warehouse, or moving position. We are looking for an individual with an eye for detail and a pride in craftsmanship.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or a skilled service trade (e.g., finish carpentry, remodeling, tile/stone setting, flooring, fabrication, or installation).
• High proficiency with power tools and specialized hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to strictly follow detailed, multi-step chemical and mechanical processes.
• Pristine professionalism, clear communication, and respect when working inside high-end luxury homes and commercial properties.
• Tech-savvy enough to take clear, well-lit before-and-after photo documentation on a smartphone.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of verifiable construction or skilled trade experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy equipment throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites across Greater Boston.
• A professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude.
