I have several unrelated small electrical issues. I'm hoping to combine them all in one longer visit for efficiency and savings.
SOW:
In all cases, surface mounted conduite, boxes, and fixtures are acceptable. Again, its a workshop so detail, trim, and asthetics are not important or worth spending time with.
Install and connect electricity to an overhead air scrubber
Install and connect electricity for 8 overhead lighting fixtures
Install and connect electricity for 3 overhead electrical outlets
Install and connect electricity for 3 wall mounted electrical outlets
Connect electricity to a recently mounted sconse
Troubleshoot a celing light in the apartment
Kill power to/disconnect hanging flexible conduit and wiring from recently demo'd accoustic ceiling light panels
Swap an an old exterior light fixture for a new one
Minor inspection of my existing boxes and electrical system looking for possible problems
Estimate my available capacity and/or potential for expansion if the need arises
Install an emergency exit sign
I'm a one-man shop. No two power tools ever run at the same time. I just need to make sure my baseline systems (lights and air scrubber) can run continuously while I use one heavy tool plus the dust collector without flipping a breaker.
Your bid should include everything required in the scope of work aside from the lighting fixtures. I will order the lights.
