Right now she is rattling around a place with stairs she dreads and a yard she cannot keep up with. You have land. And there is a way to bring her home without either of you giving up your privacy.
We build duplex container homes in Fort Worth: one 40 foot unit with two complete homes inside. Set it on your land and she gets her own kitchen, her own full bath, and every bit of her independence. You get her close enough for Sunday dinners and close enough that help is thirty seconds away instead of thirty minutes down the highway.
The other side is yours to decide. A guest house for the grandkids. A place for your grown son while he saves for his own place. One delivery and your land takes care of everybody you love.
PRICE
$44,900 unfurnished, or $47,900 fully furnished with beds, bedding, pillows, pots, pans, plates, utensils, a TV, towels and a shower curtain. Her first night feels like home instead of a shopping list.
DELIVERY
Included within 250 miles of Fort Worth. We deliver and set the unit on your land. We do not connect electric, water or sewer. It arrives equipped and ready for your trades to plug in, livable the day it is placed once connected.
We have 50+ built and ready at our North Fort Worth factory. Come walk through one at the model unit right off I-35 just south of Burleson. I meet you there myself, and bring her along.
