M7 Transportation is a family-owned company in Fort Worth, Texas looking for experienced CDL drivers to deliver regional reefer and tanker freight. We currently have freight delivering 7 days/week in Texas. Drivers are home weekly and average between 2500-3000 miles per week. We have 2020-2023 tractors, 2022 53-foot reefer trailers and tankers. Currently hiring full-time drivers. Tanker endorsement preferred but is not required.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle from pick up to delivery
Plan routes and meet loading/delivery schedules
Inspect vehicles for mechanical/safety issues and report defects to dispatch
Input updates into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process
Comply with all DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
Maintain compliant logs daily, through an ELD
Retain receipts for fuel/road expenses
Collect and verify delivery instructions
Report delays, defects, violations or accidents
Requirements:
Must have at least 4 years verifiable OTR experience, more experience preferred
Valid class A CDL
Clean MVR, no recent moving violations
No at fault accidents
Ability to operate an ELD or other apps from a smart phone or tablet
Negative pre-employment drug screen
