We are looking for an experienced, dependable dog professional who can welcome a client dog into their own private home and provide outstanding positive-reinforcement training, exercise, enrichment, companionship, structure, and daily care.
TOTAL TRAINER COMPENSATION: $1,400
💵 $700 PAID UPFRONT
💵 $700 HALFWAY THROUGH THE TRAINING
Your first 50% is paid upfront once the assignment is confirmed.

🏡 THIS IS BOARD & TRAIN ONLY
For this opportunity, the client’s dog will temporarily live with you in your private home.
We are not looking for:
❌ Drop-in pet sitting
❌ Dog walking only
❌ Private lessons only
❌ Someone who cannot host a dog
We specifically need someone who can provide a safe, comfortable, home-based Board & Train experience.
The dog becomes part of your daily household routine while you provide individualized training and care.

🐶 WHAT YOU’LL PROVIDE
Your days may include:
🐾 Positive-reinforcement training
🐾 Daily walks and exercise
🐾 Basic obedience practice
🐾 Household manners
🐾 Loose-leash walking
🐾 Recall
🐾 Enrichment and play
🐾 Real-world training opportunities
🐾 Individual attention and companionship
🐾 Appropriate structure and routine
🐾 Loving, exceptional daily care
This is not kennel-style training.
We believe some of the most meaningful learning happens when dogs are living normal everyday life inside a home.

💰 YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT PAYS $1,400
Approximately Two-Week Board & Train
Total Trainer Compensation: $1,400
Paid Upfront: $700
Paid Halfway Through The Program: $700
And this does not necessarily have to be a one-time opportunity.
If you do an exceptional job and enjoy working with us, Karma Dog Training™ will be able to provide additional Board & Train client opportunities in the future.

🏠 YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HOST THE DOG
Before contacting us, please make sure:
✅ You can legally and comfortably host a client dog in your residence
✅ Everyone in your household is comfortable having a client dog stay with you
✅ Your home is clean, secure, and appropriate for a Board & Train dog
✅ Your own pets, if applicable, can be safely managed or separated when necessary
✅ You have reliable transportation
✅ You can provide substantial daily attention and interaction
✅ You can commit to an approximately two-week assignment
✅ You genuinely enjoy having dogs live as part of your household
