We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable CNA Floater/On Call Caregiver to provide exceptional care to our clients throughout the service area.

āœ… Qualifications:

Female

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

10+ years of caregiving experience

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Outgoing, professional, and compassionate personality

Team player with a positive attitude

Open and flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Reliable transportation required (Mileage compensated)

Valid Texas Driver's License

Current auto insurance

Excellent driving record

Texas resident, must live in Fort Worth or surrounding area for the last five years

Drug-free and able to pass required screenings

Strong communication and customer service skills

Able to lift 30 lbs, strong back

Ability to change directions/schedule as needed

Provide personal care assistance and companionship

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Transport clients to appointments and errands when needed

Maintain accurate documentation

Support multiple clients and locations as a floater/on call caregiver

Deliver safe, reliable, and compassionate care
