I am selling my 1979 Starcraft Can-Am because I need to file for bankruptcy. It is 21ft long and has a running and driving Mercruiser 5.0 LX with a Mercruiser Alpha 1 Gen 2 outdrive. Engine, wire harness, and drive were sourced from 2000 Bayliner 2050. I don't have an hour meter on the boat but I was told when I bought the Bayliner by a trusted source that the engine had a little over 100 hours on it maybe which means it probably now has 120 hours on it. I was going to replace the keel and reinforce behind the dash and under the front deck with fiberglass but never got around to it. I still have all of the gauges hooked up to their original wires so they don't get mismatched as well as extra gauges just in case. I do have the title for the boat and the trailer is registered in my name but not titled in my name. This boat has been used for skiing, tubing, and wakeboarding. The trailer has good tires, working brake & tail lights, and turn signals. This could definitely be a fun project with beautiful rewards next spring. Please let me know if my price is too high and you have a counter offer that is reasonable. One thing I can promise is that should you choose to take on this project, the over transom exhaust will make you smile from ear to ear when it's back on the water.
