Need some help please but not helpless (Rossville/ fort Oglethorpe)

We are desperately needing help I'm working at a local convient store and I'm walking 45 minutes one way working 9 to 10 hours and walking 45 minutes back and right now I'm the only one working in my house my wife is unable to work and my 2 boys are in high school and luckily we live just minutes away from there school so they can walk or catch rides with there friends and I'm paying lift up to $40 dollars one way just on the days I just can't walk it I have end stage degenerative disc disease and I have 2 herniated disc in my lower lumbar and we need help with a vehicle and it doesn't matter if it's automatic or stick shift car,truck, it just needs to get me from A to B and I can make payments up to $375 a month but i could only do maybe $100 down and I'll sign a contract for the terms and I'll even carry full coverage insurance but I just can't come up with $1000 down like these car lots are demanding I'm only one person doing the best I can and I'm just asking for a little help so if you can please do if not thanks for taking the time to read my post
