Express Facility Management (EFM) is looking for **3 experienced painters** for an ongoing commercial painting project in Fort Lupton, CO. The work will primarily consist of painting, preparation and related minor handyman/repair work.
### Scope of Work
- Interior and exterior painting as assigned
- Surface preparation before painting
- Masking, sanding, scraping and caulking
- Drywall patching and minor wall repairs
- Paint touch-ups and finish work
- Minor handyman work associated with the painting project
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
### EFM Provides
- Paint
- Painting and project materials
- Other job-specific materials as required
### Contractor Provides
- Labor
- Basic hand tools and small tools needed to perform the work
- Reliable transportation
- Professional painting experience and ability to work independently
### Contractor Requirements
- Must provide a completed **W-9**
- Must submit invoices for services performed
- Responsible for their own taxes and other independent-contractor obligations
- Contractors may perform services for other customers and are not required to work exclusively for EFM
### Compensation & Project Duration
Each contractor will be paid a **contract rate of $1,300 per week**, based on an anticipated workload of approximately **40 hours per week**.
We are hiring **3 contractors**, for a total weekly crew contract value of **$3,900**.
Work is expected to continue **weekly until the painting project is completed**. Working hours will be coordinated between EFM and the contractors based on facility access and project requirements.
