New Vicky's Bakery in Weston-Sunrise area is hiring a Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Operations: Manage opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and oversee production schedules for fresh baked goods.
• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor team members while fostering a positive work environment.
• Quality & Safety Control: Enforce health, sanitation, and OSHA food safety regulations.
• Inventory & Financials: Track inventory levels, handle supplier ordering, control labor and food costs, and monitor sales targets.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, manage special orders, and resolve any escalated service complaints.
Core Requirements & Skills
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail, grocery, or food service supervisory experience.
• Certifications: Active Food Handlers permit or Food Safety Manager certification.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems, commercial baking equipment, cooking and basic bookkeeping/inventory math.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40–50 lbs.
Salary based on experience.
Bilingual in Spanish required.
