Key Responsibilities
Because we are an active manufacturing operation, duties vary daily based on production and fulfillment needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Order Management & Customer Service: Processing both B2B (wholesale/retail) and B2C orders from start to finish via computer systems.
• E-Commerce & Platform Maintenance: Monitoring and updating inventory, orders, and product listings across various B2C platforms.
• Inventory & Production Staging: Organizing raw materials for manufacturing and maintaining efficient staging areas.
• Fulfillment: Picking, packing, loading, and shipping orders accurately to ensure timely delivery.
• Hands-On Assembly: Assisting with the manual assembly of finished accessories as needed.
• Equipment & Facilities Maintenance: Assisting with light equipment maintenance (depending on skill level) and general factory/warehouse upkeep.
• General Operations: Handling various unlisted office, warehouse, and production tasks as they pop up.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
• Language: Must be fluent in English. Ability to speak Spanish is a strong plus, though not strictly required.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to safely lift and move packages and equipment up to 70 lbs.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating computers, order processing systems, and online retail platforms.
• Flexibility & Work Ethic: Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to jump in wherever help is needed.
• Hands-On / Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with basic tools, manual assembly, or assisting with light machine maintenance.
• Detail-Oriented: Focused on quality, accuracy, and efficiency across both office and factory duties.
• Active Work Environment: Able to transition seamlessly between an office desk and an active warehouse/factory floor (standing, walking, lifting, packing).
