Pinnacle Insurance Advisors is hiring licensed Medicare Advantage agents to close warm, transferred calls — not dial lists, not aged data, not door-knocking.
Here's how our lead flow works: prospects inquire on their own about Medicare Advantage coverage. Those inquiries go to a licensed agent who qualifies and warms the prospect further — confirming eligibility, needs, and interest. Only then does the call get transferred to you.
You take a prepped, interested, eligible prospect and do what you do best: find the right plan and enroll them.
Our top AEP producers have closed 50+ enrollments per week.
Compensation
$100 per enrolled application
No chargebacks once deal goes active— you keep what you earn
Uncapped volume. Take as many transfers as you can handle

What You'll Do
Receive live, pre-qualified warm transfers from our licensed front-line team
Conduct needs analysis and present suitable MAPD plan options
Complete accurate enrollments in compliance with CMS marketing and enrollment rules
Record and document calls per CMS and carrier requirements
Maintain a clean, compliant book of business
Hit consistent daily and weekly production targets, especially during AEP
Requirements
Active Health & Life insurance license (resident + non-resident)
Current AHIP certification
READY to CONTRACT (preferably having releases ready if need be)
Prior Medicare Advantage / MAPD sales experience
Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance
Strong phone presence and the ability to close on the first call
Comfortable working high volume during AEP (Oct 15 – Dec 7)
Preferred
20+ state licenses
Prior AEP season with documented production numbers
Experience with CRM's, and modern systems to maximize production
Schedule
Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9am-6pm
Tuesday-Thursday 9am-7pm
AEP:
Monday-Friday 9am-9pm
Saturday AND/OR Sunday 11am-4pm
