1902 Declaration Of Independence Historical Document . 124 years ago, John Hay,( Secretary of State ), presented one of these prints of the Declaration of Independence to Congress as a reasonable
facsimile of the original. It was a new ink based printing process on rice paper. He presented the Document as a alternate way of getting prints, without the old water based process, which would eventually ruin the original, and it would be lost to future generations. Only 1000 of these prints were made in 1902, and 124 years later, good luck finding another. Has official United States of America Department of State seal. What better way to honor America's 250th birthday than to display this for others to see. I am asking $2500.00 for it. Will only increase in value as time goes by. Thanks for reading. John
