3. A really nice, classic old dinette set, 6 chairs. This was originally sold in either the late 40's or early 50's when i bought it in the 90's, up until now it was pretty pristine. needs refinishing for certain, and there is need of some glue and other fairly minor repair in spots. I don't know if the upholstery will just clean up or if it needs to be replaced. But fantastic bones.
4. A nice china hutch with light, that works. Mostly needs cleaning, but there might be some minor spot refinishing.
