About the role
Join our social services team helping adults with developmental disabilities achieve greater independence in their daily lives. This is a hands-on, active, community-based role — not a desk job. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM. Starting pay $20/hr plus $0.70/mile reimbursement; full benefits after a 60-day period.

What you'll do
Train and support adults with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals
Help clients build skills in work, social interactions, and community involvement
Act as a mentor and advocate for clients in public and work environments
Monitor progress and communicate with the team regarding each client's development
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
Reliable vehicle with current auto registration and insurance
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others
Able to work consistently full-time, Monday through Friday
