I have a spacious unfurnished 1-bedroom available on the second floor of a home located in the Sierra Lakes area of Fontana. The room includes a walk-in closet and access to a shared bathroom. The home overlooks the Sierra Lakes Golf Course and is shared with four other long-term tenants.
Rent is $950 per month, with all major utilities included:
Electricity
Water
Gas
Trash
High-speed internet
The home is also equipped with EV charging, available for an additional fee.
The rental is offered on a month-to-month co-lease.
The current tenant has lived with us for approximately four years and is moving out after retiring to live with his children. The room will be available after October 15, 2026. I do not currently have photos of the room while it is occupied, but I will be happy to provide updated pictures once the tenant has moved out.

Renter’s insurance is recommend and typically costs around $200 per year, depending on the insurance company and coverage selected.
