I would like to have some framing done in my basement, but not the entire basement.
1. I would like to frame off the "storage" section of the basement, which would be framing a 23-foot wall with one standard door opening.
2. I would like to frame a door opening to the area under the basement stairs. This would only be the the door opening.
OPTIONAL
3. Depending on the quote, I MAY want an 8x5 bathroom framed. This should be 3 sides, with the fourth side partially covered by the 23 ft wall in #1 and partially backing to concrete. Again, the bathroom framing would be optional, depending on the quote.
Please provide a quote for #1 and #2 TOGETHER, and a separate quote for #3.
