Position: Floor Manager

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and spirits
• Dedicated leadership with attention to detail
• Experience coaching and developing a small team
• Understanding of inventory and labor controls
• Proficient in cash handling and troubleshooting mathematical errors
• Recruiting, scheduling, and managing online reservation systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Toast POS, and related technology
• Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and fairly
• Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (ideal)
