This massage studio is spacious, with its own seating area, water station and private changing area for clients. Best of all, there's a hydraulic massage table in the room so you can adjust the table height throughout your sessions for ease and to keep your back happy! I do Thai massage so there is also a floor mat in the room, which is rolled up when not in use.
Also included: hot towel caddy, bluetooth speaker, fan, AC unit, wall heater, air purifier with UV light and table warmer. You'll have access to your own cabinetry & storage cubby to store linens and any other massage materials you may have. Windows open for fresh air and plants enjoy abundant light.
The ideal subletter would be seeking to use the room two to three days a week. Additional evenings may be available as well. Must be meticulously clean, respectful of space, an excellent communicator and love plants (there's lots)!
The studio has its own parking lot with free street parking as well, for both you and your clients, while also being only a few blocks from downtown. The room itself is quiet, on a low-traffic street and very private.
$425/month, depending on frequency and usage. Must provide your own linens, oils, lotions, etc.
