I have 11 climbing wall holds. The squares are six inches by six inches. The large blue hold is about two feet by one foot in size. I hope the pictures do a good job describing the holds as I am at a loss for words on how to describe them. I am looking to trade all the holds for a backpacking cot like the thermarest luxury lite cot.
