Gets anywhere from 19-24.5mpg depending on your driving. They haven’t made a better engine.
Tires have good tread matching M+S all around and brakes are good.
Very powerful and running strong. Ready to go!
Handles very well with the dual rear wheels.
This has the utility of a $100k sprinter with a nicer interior. Just isn’t as flashy!

6’1 standing in the interior.
Fully insulated.
Diesel heater plumbed straight to the fuel tank.
Propane system.
Hot water heater to the sink and a shower out the back, controllable water temp.

100ah battery.
1500w inverter.
Dimmable lights.
Maxx Air 7500K Maxxfan deluxe ceiling fan (needs fixing, I just bought a new circuit board for $100 but haven’t put it in).
Whynter 62qt dual zone fridge/freezer brand new I just replaced a couple months ago which will run 24/7.
Comfortable Queen bed.
Amazing amount of storage room and a simple build. Not over cluttered with unnecessary cabinets and drawers.
Comes with really nice chains that are actually easy to install. Handles great in the snow with the dual wheels. Have had it in 15° and she fires right up without stuttering!
It hasn't left me stranded in the 17k miles I've driven!
Maintenance I've done:
Fresh oil change ~2,000 miles back
fuel filter, engine air filter, cabin air filter.
New front wheel bearings.
Replaced the fan clutch.
Radiator is fairly new from previous owner.
Brand new OEM complete exhaust to pass California Smog $2700
As you may know, these T1N vans are super prone to body rust especially around the windshield. The previous owner had it all professionally fixed around the windshield because the windshield needed to be replaced from a crack so it has a new windshield and that rust fixed that was $4000. It has some fairly minor body rust here and there but nothing structural to the frame or components. You can see in the photos underneath there’s no structural rust, just covered in some dirt and mud :)
Known Issues:
The turbo gasket seeps a little oil, it doesn't affect its performance and I only have to add maybe 0.5qt in the 7,000 miles between oil changes so it's pretty minor.
Emergency brake doesn't work, a shop said they'd fix it for $500 but I just use a chock when I park it on steep hills.
The paint isn’t the prettiest. I bought 2 gallons of custom dark green paint from a professional paint shop to have fun and repaint it but haven’t gotten around to it. Comes with the van.
Open to reasonable offers, come check it out. Don’t waste my time in person to low-ball. Possibly open to a trade+cash but I prefer cash for school.
