Trump is a little down as republicans try to distance themselves from his crazy priorities and the policies he uses to implement them.

Trump needs a litmus test to separate the men from the boys. The maga republicans from the formerly maga republicans. So he called this convention to see who shows and who does not show. Republicans of all flavors from maga to former maga are all getting weak in the knees. If they are up for election they know they will likely loose their election if they show. But if they don't show they will possibly loose the safety that comes from being "protected" by the mob king pin.

Something tells me that nothing will be better for democracy than Republican Convention 2026. Thank you Trump.
