ABOUT THE RENTAL
I am looking for someone to takeover my portion of the Lease as I will be moving into a house at the end of the month. October will be paid for by me even tho I will be moved out, so essentially you would get that month free with rent beginning November 1st. It is an end unit with the bedroom you would be taking, on the end with no neighbors! You would also get a spot in the garage with the room. It is a 3 story with the garage on the 1st floor, half bath and a very large kitchen/living room on the 2nd floor with a balcony. 3rd floor would be your room right at the top of the stairs with the other 2 rooms down the hall. Washer and dryer are tucked on the 3rd floor in the hallway. Large bathroom at the end of the hallway, which would be shared with one other person who keeps it immaculately clean. please leave you phone number so i can contact easily.
