We have an opening in one of our smallest student/commuter rooms here in the lovely Felton Mountains, ½ mile from Lake Loch Lomond. Fall is delightful here just 1/2 mile from Loch Lomond's beautiful hiking trails!
You’ll have a private entrance through our Zen garden and pond area. Your room is small, but the energy here is very quiet and serene. My husband and myself are retired, we work in the gardens, read, and do art work. Other Folks living her are STUDENTS, quiet, and study a lot!
$750 monthly rent plus $50 for utilities, and your electric, water, WIFI, etc. are included. The bathroom is shared. You also can use our washer and dryer. Your room has a mini fridge and microwave. Kitchenette is right next to your room. You are renting just the room, not sharing in the main house.
We are five miles from Felton, about 13-15 miles from Cabrillo or UCSC. You MUST have a car, buses don’t service our area.
Room is available November 1st.
$500 security and first month’s rent of $700, plus $50 utilities.
