Certified Restoration Services | Veteran-Owned | IICRC-Certified | Trevose, PA
Compensation: $18–$38/hr + Production Bonuses
Employment Type: Full-Time | W2 Employee Only
Experience: Mid to Senior Level
Service Area: Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery & Delaware Counties
WHO WE ARE:
Certified Restoration Services is a veteran-owned, IICRC-certified company serving the Greater Philadelphia area for over 25 years. We service both residential & commercial customers for water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and full restoration of commercial and residential properties.
We are not a large impersonal crew. Management is always on-site every day. We move at a professional pace, holding safety as the highest standard, and take genuine pride in mitigating biohazards and drying out properties.
WHAT THIS WORK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE:
We are running a steady pipeline of residential homes & commercial properties . This work blends restoration know-how with hands-on remodeling/rebuilding — because most of these projects need both. You might assess subfloor rot from a long-term water intrusion in the morning and install finish flooring in the afternoon. That is not a confusing job description — that is what real restoration looks like. If you can do the work correctly the first time, we would love to receive your resume`.
Current active work includes:
WINDOWS
Remove and replace window units in older construction — plumb, level, and properly flashed.
FLOORING & SUBFLOOR
LVP, laminate, and hardwood installation. OSB/plywood subfloor replacement. Floor joist assessment and sistering.
PLUMBING PEX
Water supply lines, PVC drain replacement, sewer line work, bathroom rough-in and finish.
BATHROOM REHABILITATION
Full gut and rebuild — demo, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, and trim to a finished standard.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are a working tradesperson — not someone looking to run their own operation on our time. You have real hands-on experience in at least two or three of the trade areas above. You own your tools, but it is not a requirement, measure accurately, cut clean lines, and hold yourself to a finished standard you would be comfortable showing a homeowner.
You show up on time, communicate when something comes up, and treat every property like it is your own. You do not need to be supervised on the basics — but you are also comfortable working under direct ownership on a tight, accountable crew.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:
We hire W2 employees only. We are not a fit for subcontractor arrangements or independent 1099 setups. We have received many inquiries from people representing their own crews — we appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit, but what we need is someone who wants to grow with us directly, not alongside us.
REQUIREMENTS
Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Job sites across the four-county ( Philadelphia, Bucks. Chester, Delaware and Montgomery County ) many areas are not accessible by transit.
Legal U.S. work authorization as a W2 employee is a requirement.
We run a professional, NO DRUG USE & Drama free work environment. Management are on-site daily. If you take pride in showing up on time and working clean, you will feel right at home. If that environment is not a fit, this is probably not the right role.
WHAT WE OFFER
Pay that reflects your actual skill sets. We do not have a fixed ceiling for the right person and we do not lowball experienced tradespeople. Show us what you can do and the rate follows.
Production bonuses. Hit quality benchmarks and schedule targets and you get paid more. Simple as that.
Consistent, full-time work. We have a deep pipeline. You will not be chasing the next job.
Possible company vehicle pathway. Complete your probationary period with reliability and safe driving and we transition you into a company-paid vehicle.
Full benefits: health insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO.
IICRC certifications paid. We invest in your WRT and Mold certifications — your career grows with the company.
HOW TO APPLY
Reply to this posting with a brief description of your hands-on experience in the trade areas listed — specifically where you have done plumbing, flooring, window installs, or bathroom rehabs, and at what level. A resume is helpful but not required if you can describe your work history clearly.
We respond quickly to applicants who follow these instructions. Please submit a resume that clearly outlines your experience, do not call as we will be busy onsite working. Email us your resume, we will respond back to you.
