It is in fair condition. I do not know what happened to make one of the adjustable rails not come out of it’s bracket. I received it this way on a bundle deal. It looks like somebody beat on the bottom end with a hammer to try to make the rail come out. I took board and hit on it myself a few times and the rail will move up but it is very hard to do. I imagine it could be beat into the place where you want it and then set permanently but would not be able to slide out easily.
