Position: Assembly Technician

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assemble precision-machined components using blueprints and detailed instructions
Work with a variety of tools, fixtures, and high-performance parts
Install hardware like Helicoils, bearings, bushings, studs, and more
Use torque wrenches and specialized tools to ensure everything is built right
Help improve processes and keep production efficient
Assist with CNC machining operations when needed
Be part of a team focused on quality, speed, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with assembly/disassembly or mechanical work (preferred)
Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn)
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Pay:
$25–$28/hour to start (based on experience)
