I live in a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in North Fargo, close to NDSU. I have 1 open bedroom upstairs. This is open on 8-24-26. I am male, one roommate is female. All utilities paid and these include heat, water, sewer, garbage, wireless internet, and electricity. Laundry is free and in the basement. Deposit is $500 with no lease time frame. I just need a 1 month notice when you move out concurrent with the last day of the month. I don't allow smoking in the house. The house is all hardwood floors with original woodwork and is quite beautiful. There is extra storage in the basement. This house is 1 block from the edge of NDSU campus. I also have cats and because of this I can't allow other animals in the house. A background check will be required and I don't accept felons or any drug charges. I am neither a slob nor a neat freak and household chores are split between the occupants. This is a quiet house.
