EXPERIENCED REMODELING / CONSTRUCTION GUY WANTED – WELL ROUNDED

I own a small residential remodeling/construction company and I’m looking for one solid, experienced person to work with me on a regular basis.
I’m NOT looking for someone who only knows one trade.
The right person should be well rounded and comfortable with things like:
• Framing and carpentry
• Decks and stairs
• Flooring
• Drywall and basic finishing
• Trim, doors and baseboards
• Kitchen/bath remodeling
• Demo and repairs
• General home remodeling
You don’t have to be the world’s best at every one of these. I’m looking for someone who has enough experience that when we run into something unfamiliar, your first reaction is “we’ll figure it out” instead of “I don’t know how to do that” or simply getting frustrated and pouting or quitting.
Basically a good attitude. That’s probably the biggest thing I’m looking for at this point.
I expect good work, and don’t have much patience for standing around, excuses, constant complaining or being told something can’t be done.
At the same time, if you know a better way to do something, speak up. I respect experience and good ideas.
What I’m looking for:
• Remodeling/construction experience
• Dependable transportation
• Basic tools
• Shows up when they say they will
• Can work independently without constant direction
• Takes pride in their work
• Good problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude
• No drama
This isn’t a corporate construction company. It’s a small business attempting to grow.
Pay is based on experience and ability and I pay a couple times a week as opposed to weekly or daily. Pay is usually cash or sent through PayPal chime cashapp etc.
If you’re genuinely good, I’m willing to pay accordingly.
I’m trying to find someone who can become a regular part of what I’m building—not just somebody looking to make a few bucks for a couple days.
