We are looking for an experienced, dependable multi-skilled remodeler.
LVP flooring experience is a must. I’m looking for someone who can handle working on projects without needing someone standing over them all day.
Skills I’m looking for include:
* LVP flooring installation
* Baseboard and finish trim
* Interior doors
* Framing
* Drywall hanging and repair
* Painting
* Basic finish carpentry
* General basement/remodel punch-list work
You do not have to be an expert at every trade, but you need to be very good at LVP and capable of handling multiple types of finish work.
This can turn into steady work and/or ongoing subcontract work for the right person. I have multiple projects and would rather build a relationship with one dependable person than constantly look for new help.
What I care about:
* Shows up when they say they will
* Works efficiently without sacrificing quality
* Has their own basic tools and transportation
* Can work independently
* Takes pride in clean, professional-looking finished work
* Communicates instead of disappearing
Pay depends on experience and skill level. I’m open to hourly/day-rate initially or subcontract pricing by the job once we establish a working relationship.
