We have a foam cloth covered bed wedge. It measures 32" wide and about 14" tall. The center section is removable so it can be used to separate you knees while sleeping on your side.

Uses include reading in bed, side wedge to prevent rolling over in bed. Bent knee support for sleeping on your back.\

My wife got it but barely used it because it wasn't what she needed.

New they sell for about $50 bucks.
