Massive antique oval Rococo mirror mid 1800's retaining the original gold leaf finish over hand carved wood. Probably French circa 1850. A superb example of gilt Rococo style framework with sweeping motion, flowers and grapes. The surface displays a beautiful patina, with original gilding, highlighting its age and authenticity. Measures 47" tall by 29" wide and 3" thick.
