Selling a rare, vintage 1930s "Irish Mail" push-pull riding car pedal car made by Parsons in Indiana, USA.
This is a fantastic piece of early American toy history. Unlike a standard pedal car, it features a row-boat-style row mechanism. The rider pumps the vertical T-bar lever back and forth to drive the rear gear assembly and steers with their feet on the front axle.
Features & Condition:
- All original pressed steel frame, adjustable white metal bucket seat, and distinctive wheel cutouts.
- Original green, white, and red paint scheme.
- Mechanical movement is working and intact.
Perfect as a high-end display piece for a game room, antique toy collection, shop environment, or a rewarding light cleanup project. Leaving it as it is or a perfect candidate for refurbishing as the drive mechanism works well.
