This is unbelievable anywhere except in Oregon. Once again PPS is lowering the standards for students to pass so graduation rates improve. This is not the first time this has happened, the way Oregon is going why have any standards at all, we are already near the bottom in the country so the reasoning must be to reach the very bottom.
This is not about funding it is the fault of the whole education system. When I was going to a private school my parents didn't get tax breaks. Whenever any students were failing or got a note from school there was hell to pay as our parents cared about the education they were paying for. Regardless of race if parents cared about as much about education as our parents did things would be very different. PPS must be held accountable they are more worried about no gender restrooms, turning our kids gay, trying to be woke and encouraging kids to be political about social things they don't understand. I realize that PPS will react in horror but reading, being able to write and math are the foundations. Kids today are unable to write or spell, give them a pencil and see if they are capable of simple math!
FU to the fools who think PPS is fine and keep flagging this, reality must be painful to you.
