We have a full-size Murphy bed that folds up into a spacious desk. It's been great for our guest/craft room and would work well in an apartment or dorm room. It's solid and nice-looking. The unit originally came from Bed Bath & Beyond and sold for ~ $1550.

When fully extended for sleeping, the cabinet is 83" high. The box is suitable for a full-size mattress and measures 64" wide and x 75" tall. There is lots of storage space underneath if you decide to leave it open.

Unfortunately, due to illness, we need to swap rooms within our living space, and the Murphy bed needs a new home. I've priced it at $950 and will entertain reasonable offers.
