Paramount designed this to be the true definition of one stop shop. One machine to develop and grow every single muscle in the body.
The machine has always been stored inside, wiped down and maintained professionally. All of the cables function perfectly. Each station feels just as solid as similar machines you use at your local fitness club, only difference is this unit has all of those machines in one.
Other than scuffs and dings from normal use, the machine is in good shape.
Paramount designs and engineers their equipment specifically for commercial use settings. This isn’t a cheap brand you would find at a local sports store. This system new was over $8,000 new. Accepting offers, but will not be responding to low balls.
Each station operates off of its corresponding weight stack. The seats and back rests adjust to accommodate different size users and also to help you better target the desired muscle group. The different exercises you can perform are as follows below.
Station 1:
- Chest press (incline, decline, flat)
- Shoulder press
- Back Rows (close grip, wide grip)
- Lat pull down
- Face pulls
- Tricep pushdowns
- Ab crunch
- Oblique twists
- Over head tricep extension
Station 2:
- Bicep curls
- Outer thigh extension
- Glute kick backs
- Dead lifts
- Belt squats
- Upright row
- Bent over row
- Lateral raises
Station 3:
- Leg extension
- Leg curl
The gym is located in Sacramento. We can set up a time that works for the both of us to meet and you are more than welcome to hop on the machine to see that it all works. If you need help with delivery and set up, I can assist with that as well, just help with gas and time.
