All Star Asphalt & Maintenance is looking for dependable, experienced workers for asphalt and concrete projects throughout Northern California.
Positions available:
• Foremen with experience leading crews and managing daily jobsite operations
• Asphalt and concrete workers
• Equipment operators — asphalt paver, roller, skid steer, and excavator
Looking for applicants with experience in paving, grading, site preparation, asphalt raking, concrete forming, pouring, or finishing. Foremen must be able to keep jobs organized, direct crews, and maintain quality workmanship.
Applicants should be reliable, show up on time, work well with others, and operate equipment safely. Reliable transportation to jobsites is required.
Pay based on experience and qualifications.
