Almost New TWO BOTH Simonton Low E Picture Windows window construction - $1,000 (Fairfield)
QR Code Link to This Post
condition: like new
$1,000 for both.
$600 each.
Low E Simonton dual pane
New construction with nail fin (exact measurements in diagram)
These are quite new as we replaced all of our windows. However, later we extended which led to one of the rooms with a picture window no longer having egress. As the two picture windows were a matching pair front facing (each connect to diff room, one still has egress), we had to replace both with opening windows. All very annoying. But we went with picture windows to start as they look so much nicer and framed the view :(.
Included some photos of install & replacement. We removed them extremely carefully and the nail fins are all in tact.
We can deliver but if so, ask for a small deposit as there's a lot of flakes on here.
