Looking for a Virginia-licensed master electrician to perform electrical upgrades throughout my home in Fairfax, VA.
Compensation:
* $300 per day for general electrical work.
* $800 flat-rate labor for an electrical panel heavy-up with increased amperage.
* I will supply all necessary materials.
Scope of Work:
* Perform an electrical service/panel heavy-up to increase amperage.
* Trace EVERY wire and home run back to its source and identify exactly what each circuit controls.
* Properly identify and label EVERY breaker and circuit in the electrical panel.
* Inspect existing wiring for improper connections.
* Identify circuits that have been improperly tied together by previous handymen and correct them as needed.
* Install recessed LED lighting.
* Install bathroom exhaust fans.
* Replace receptacles, switches, and electrical plates.
* Perform additional electrical upgrades throughout the house.
* Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes.
Requirements:
* Must be a Virginia-licensed master electrician.
* Must be qualified to pull required permits and coordinate inspections.
* Must have experience with electrical service upgrades.
* Must be reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented.
