First thing to do the demolition tearoff offthe entire area all the way to get to the bear plywood, then waterproof everything with a redguard membrane following by Stalin brand new half inch hardy backer cement board on top then add one more membrane(Schluter waterproof membrane) then Install, the Tile of your preference on the deck with proper motor and half inch spacers between the tile
