Small Landscaping Business | Experienced Crew Member Wanted
We are a small, growing landscaping business looking for an experienced, dependable landscape laborer to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with a crew, and is comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.
Responsibilities
Pruning and trimming shrubs, bushes, and small trees
Mulching flower beds and landscape areas
Yard cleanups and seasonal cleanups
Removing leaves, branches, and other yard debris
Loading and hauling landscape debris
Weeding and maintaining landscape beds
Raking, blowing, and general property cleanup
Planting and basic landscape installation
Assisting with other landscaping and property-maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience required
Knowledge of basic landscaping and pruning techniques
Able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license is a plus
Must have a positive attitude and take pride in quality work
