We have some big shoes to fill! Two of our wonderful Front Desk team members are moving on to exciting new chapters — one is heading back to college, and the other is beginning her career in the medical field. We’re incredibly happy for them, but that means we’re looking for the right person to join our Fairfax salon family.
📅 Schedule After training, the regular schedule will be:
Tuesday - Thursday
To make sure our new team member feels confident and prepared, we provide hands-on training:
6 training shifts on Thursday, Friday & Saturday
You'll learn our scheduling system, guest service standards, retail products, salon procedures and how we create the experience our guests have come to expect from Reflections of You.
💫 Who We’re Looking For
Our Front Desk team is the first and last impression our guests have when visiting the salon.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, upbeat and professional
• Exceptional at customer service
• Comfortable with retail sales and recommending products
• Organized and able to multitask
• Confident answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people
Salon or beauty industry experience is a plus, but the right personality, attitude and customer-service skills are even more important.
